Newspapers In Education hosts a golf tournament every year.
It is the program's sole fund-raiser, maintaining the distribution and supply of newspapers
to classrooms in Wilson County and surrounding areas throughout the school year.

7:30 a.m. registration, 8:30 a.m. start
The Maverick Golf Club, Floresville
Entry Fee: $75/player (pay in advance for a team, $272, and save!)
– includes Greens Fee, Cart,
Range Balls, Goodie Bag, and a meal
Prizes: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Drive
