As a Customer Service Specialist Lisa's job entails a lot of time spent with clients. This includes visits out of the office meeting face-to-face with clients, as well as communicating over the phone and through e-mail. To Lisa, customer service is an important part of helping the company grow.

Lisa started at the Wilson County News in November of 2004. Through her ventures and dealings with clients, she helps educate them about their potential business at the newspaper, helping them spend their money wisely on advertising. Accomplishing a goal and being successful at growing the company through ad sales are rewarding to Lisa.

Outside the newspaper Lisa also enjoys photography, traveling, and being creative. Spending time with her family — husband Eric, sons Justin and Joshua, and dog Cady — is most important to her. She feels time together is the best way to spend it whether it's a day out on the boat or simply lying around watching a movie.
